Cookie Policy

Last updated: 11 July 2026

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies achieve the same result: local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, SDKs, web beacons, fingerprinting and similar identifiers. In this Policy we call them all "cookies".

Cookies may be strictly necessary (needed to operate the Site), optional (analytics and session replay), or advertising (measuring campaigns and building audiences).

2. Cookies We Use

Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to function. Cannot be switched off without loss of function. No consent required where these are genuinely necessary; where local law requires it, these are set on your consent as well.

Analytics and session replay. Help us understand how the Site is used so we can improve it. Disabled until you consent where consent is required.

Advertising. Help us measure campaigns, attribute conversions and limit repeated advertising. Disabled until you consent where consent is required, and subject to your opt-out rights.

3. Cookie Inventory

Vendors change. We will keep this table current and will update this Policy before any new non-essential vendor is enabled. Exact cookie names, purposes and durations are also available in the "Cookie Preferences" panel and in our consent record.

4. How We Ask for Consent

  • Opt-in, not opt-out. Where consent is required — EEA, UK, Switzerland and other jurisdictions — non-essential cookies are blocked until you actively consent. There are no pre-ticked boxes, no bundled consent, and no consent by scrolling, and we do not set non-essential cookies before you choose.
  • Equal refusal. "Reject all" grants exactly the same outcome as "Accept all" for optional technologies. Refusal is not penalised in any way, including pricing or access.
  • Per-category. You can consent to, or refuse, each category independently.
  • Granularity. The banner separates strictly necessary, analytics, session replay, advertising and functional technologies, and links to this Policy and to the Privacy Policy.
  • No dark patterns. We do not use interface design to steer you towards accepting.

5. How to Change Your Choice

  • Click "Cookie Preferences" in the Site footer at any time to review, change or withdraw your consent.
  • Alternatively, use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer, which also covers opt-out of targeted advertising.
  • Global Privacy Control. If your browser or a privacy extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising.
  • Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of the Site, including checkout and the booking calendar, not to work correctly.
  • Withdrawing consent takes effect from the moment you change your choice. Processing carried out before withdrawal was lawful.

6. Consequences of Refusing

If you refuse optional cookies, the Site will still work. We will not use session-replay tools to record your session, we will not build advertising audiences from your activity, and we will not measure campaign performance using advertising cookies. We will still see aggregate, non-identifying traffic information only where it is delivered without optional technologies.

7. Consequences for Third Parties

If you access third-party content embedded in the Site, those providers may set their own cookies. Our choice controls our vendors' tags; it cannot control cookies set by a third-party site you visit separately, which is governed by that site's own policy and your browser settings.

8. International Consent

Where you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the legal bases for optional technologies are consent and, for narrowly limited purposes, legitimate interests or contract. Where you are in the United States, some states permit opt-out rather than opt-in. We apply the more protective standard — opt-in with real consent where required — and we honour GPC as an opt-out signal in all cases.
