Delivery Policy – Digital Products

This Delivery Policy – Digital Products explains how you receive Digital Products, consultations and live sessions ordered through the Site. Memberships are covered by the Delivery Policy – Memberships and Physical Products by the Delivery Policy – Physical Products. This Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Digital Products marked as immediate are delivered within twenty-four (24) hours, seven days a week, of confirmed payment, including outside normal business hours.

Delivery is complete when we have made the Product available to you at the account or link provided at purchase and have sent you a confirmation email. Access is continuous and available immediately thereafter, subject to the licence in the Terms.

Access credentials, a download link or a login to the members' area are sent to the email address used at checkout. If you do not receive them, check your spam folder, then contact support@impactsourcetechnologies.com.

Unless the Product states otherwise, access to course Content is lifetime, meaning access to the Content for the period you hold the licence. Mentorship, live sessions, group access, software or tool subscriptions and support provided by third parties are limited to the period shown at checkout, typically twelve (12) months. "Lifetime" does not mean perpetual delivery of services.

If you cannot access a Product within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase, contact support@impactsourcetechnologies.com and we will re-issue access or, at your option, refund in full.

• Consultations are scheduled through the booking calendar. A confirmed slot is delivered by email confirmation. If we need to reschedule, we will offer you alternative times.
• Scheduled live sessions are confirmed by email with the date, time, timezone and joining link. Where you do not attend, we may, at our discretion, offer a make-up session.

Because access is instantaneous, Digital Products are non-refundable once delivered, except in the circumstances in the Refund Policy – Digital Products §2 and your statutory rights.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new date, and we will give at least thirty (30) days' notice by email before a material change takes effect, where we hold your contact details.
